Once accepted to a team, the team coach is responsible for communicating with the individual participant.
3.2 Roster Size & Game Day Roster
The League’s roster size shall be no greater than 14 with a minimum of 6 players. This grants each team a complete line change along with additional substitutes as needed. The minimum number of players required to start the game is 4. Only players on a given game-day roster may be used.

If a team has 7 rostered players available for the game, they may borrow 1 additional player to make a total of 6 field players and 2 substitutes. If a team has less than 4 rostered players available for the game, they are required to forfeit for final scoring. However, they may recruit players to play for fun.
