QB Series Coach Bios
TJ Fleeton
Coach Fleeton is the owner/operator of QB FLEET. He is a native of Daphne
Alabama. Coach Fleeton was a 2 year starter at QB for the Daphne Alabama Trojans. After high
school TJ received a full scholarship to Northwestern State of Louisiana. He transferred later to
Missouri Southern Sate University. He graduated from MSSU with a Bachelors degree in
Psychology, Masters Degree in Counseling and currently working toward his PHD in Business

Derek Rasmussen
Coach Rasmussen is the owner operator of F3QB Academy, and owner/operator of
Sooner 7v7 club based out of Tulsa Oklahoma. Derek is a native of Ray-Pec Missouri
where he was 1st team all-metro, 1st team all-state 5A, and Suburban Small 7 Offensive player
of the year. Derek then signed to play at UCM Mules and later transferred to Evangel, leading
the Crusaders/Valor to the HAAC title and quarterfinal appearance. Post college playing
experience AIX-En Provence Argonauts, Tulsa Talons, Wichita Wild, Allen Wranglers,
Amarillo Venom.

Justin Hoover
Coach Hoover is the owner and Quarterback Instructor at Spin It Quarterback
Academy. Hoover was born in Nevada, Missouri and grew up playing multiple
sports. His love for football took him to Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg,
KS. He played two seasons for the Gorillas before an injury sidelined his
career. Hoover is in his 14th season as a high school football coach,
spending 10 seasons at Bishop Miege High School where he was part of 5
Kansas State Championships. Coach Hoover is entering his 3rd season as
the Head Football Coach at Shawnee Mission East High School. During his
time as a quarterback coach, Hoover has helped mentor more than thirty
starting quarterbacks at varying college levels and trained draft eligible
quarterbacks prior to their pro days including the 2019 Denver Broncos 2nd
Round pick Drew Lock.
