ADMISSION

An admission fee may be charged to gain entrance to the competition fields or courts. Admission prices vary depending on event. Please contact tournament director for more information and/or ticket prices.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Safety of athletes and guests is the number one priority of Allison SportsTown. No outside alcohol is permitted.

ATTIRE

Proper attire is required at all times. Footwear is required at all times. Anyone with inappropriate or explicit clothing will be asked to leave the premises.

Firm/soft ground cleats are prohibited on indoor playing surfaces including indoor turf soccer fields. Indoor or turf shoes only. 

CASH OR CREDIT

We accept cash, credit, or debit.

CONDUCT POLICY

Athletes, spectators, and guests are expected to set a superior example of sportsmanship and respect of others on the premises. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated. Physical violence of any kind will result in immediate removal from the venue. Spectators are not allowed on the court or field of play. Individuals in violation of the conduct policy may be asked to leave.

FIREARMS

Firearms and all other weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Allison SportsTown.

FIELD/COURT EQUIPMENT

No person or group shall move sporting equipment on a field or court. Equipment is secured to safety standards. All request to move equipment shall be made to the location General Manager.

FIREWORKS

Absolutely no fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.

HANDICAP FACILITIES

Handicap parking and facilities are available on site.

HEATERS

Propane heaters are prohibited.

LOST AND FOUND

Allison SportsTown is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home or lock personal items in vehicle when attending events at the venue. If you lose an item at SportsTown please contact facility immediately.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Allison SportsTown and Cox Health have partnered to provide medical services at the complex. Athletes, spectators, and guests should notify facility or training personnel for all injury or medical situations.

MERCHANDISE VENDORS

Approved outside vendors must contact Allison SportsTown management to coordinate drop-off and set-up times.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Coolers and outside food and beverages are prohibited. Each participant is permitted to bring up to 32 ounces of liquid into the facility. Food service options are available for sale at our concession stands.

PARKING

Ample parking is available at the venue. No overnight parking is permitted. Parking fees may be charged for some events.

PET POLICY

Pets are not permitted at Allison SportsTown. Service animals are allowed for persons with disabilities.

REGISTRATION AND CHECK IN

Sports directors will advise coaches or managers on registration times, team check-in, and welcome packet pick-up. Please complete Allison SportsTown team or individual waiver form prior to your arrival.

SOLICITATION

Only Allison SportsTown sponsors will be allowed to distribute or circulate commercial advertisements at the complex.

TEMPERATURE POLICY

Allison SportsTown organized outdoor events will follow local Missouri HS heat and temperature guidelines, as directed by CoxHealth.

TENT POLICY

Allison SportsTown guests are permitted to use “pop up” tents in bleacher or sidewalk areas. Tents must be safely secured. Absolutely no staking permitted on turf surfaces.

TOBACCO AND VAPING

Allison SportsTown is strictly a non-smoking facility. No smoking or other use of tobacco products including pipes, cigars, cigarettes, or chewing tobacco is permitted in any part of the competition fields and courts. Vaping is not permitted.

WEATHER POLICY

Indoor-As an indoor sports facility, we try to stay open in all weather conditions. Our facility does not follow any of the city cancellation policies. Cancellations will be posted on our website. Tornadic activity advisement plans are in place inside the facility. 

Outside-In the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions, play will be stopped and guests will be directed by officials and/or coaches to secure zones until it is safe to resume play.
